Our Mission Stroll for Sudan's mission is to help raise money and awareness for the genocide victims in Darfur, Sudan through an annual walk-a-thon that takes place in Beloit's Riverside Park. We need individuals, families, and groups (church groups, Cub Scouts, 4-H clubs, a group of coworkers, etc.) of all ages to be walkers to collect pledges from sponsors for the 3.3 mile walk. The stroll will take place on Saturday, June 21. The walk will start in Riverside Park in Beloit, go through the downtown area, and end in the same park. Afterwards, everyone is invited to stay for a picnic (food and refreshments will be free), music, and speakers. Please check out the Be a Walker page for more info on when, where, and how to walk at Stroll for Sudan. Check out the Ways to Help section.
